Founder’s Day celebrates our local volunteers by gathering all of our local PTAs together and spending the evening thanking the amazing volunteers who make PTA possible.

The El Paso Council PTA’s 2027 Founder’s Day will be held on February 16, 2027 at the COS City Hub

The PTA Reflections program provides access to the arts and opportunities for recognition to help students explore their own thoughts, feelings and ideas using art and to develop confidence and a love for learning that will help them become more successful in school and in life.
